    Requirments,

     
    1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Management / equivalent qualification.
    2. 4-6 years HR operations experience.
    3. Strong communication skills (English & Sinhala plus Tamil preferred).
    4. Proficiency in digital HR systems; detail-oriented.

    * Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
    * Handle employee relations and performance management.
    * Support training & development, and benefits administration.
    * Maintain HR data integrity and drive continuous improvement.
    * Overseeing & handling overall HR responsibilities necessary for organizational growth

    HR Professional
